Why You should Apply ?
Under HIMCARE Scheme your family will get cashless treatment coverage up to Rs. 5 lakh per year. In case of more than five family members, the remaining members need to apply for another card, Only 5 members of family can be registered on a single Him card.

Scan copy of AADHAR card (आधार कार्ड) of all family members.
Scan copy of Ration card (राशन कार्ड) both side.
Where can we use this Him Card ?
We can use card for free treatment in 200 registered health institutions, 56 private hospitals and PGI Chandigarh.
